The State Registration organization held a meeting with the relevant employees of the Authority for Prosecutor of the Capital within the framework of protecting the interests of citizens and legal entities.
The representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, Ms. Batchimeg.H, the head of representing the state in the court department of the Authority for Prosecutor of the Capital, and Ms. Suvd-Erdene.Sh, the prosecutor of representing the state in the court department, and the representatives of the General Authority for State Registration Ms. Oyungerel.S, the head of the Unified Archive Department, and Mr. Tuguldur.T, the head of the Civil State Registration Department, are attended the meeting.
In the results of the meeting, the two parties agreed to cooperate on issues including the exchange information of the citizens and legal entities whose interests are affected, protecting the rights of undocumented citizens, providing registration and legal assistance to citizens affected by natural disasters, visit children's and elder’s nursing homes to conduct research, and resolve complaints submitted by citizens and legal entities within the law.
