Today, /2023.01.13/ a total of 26 civil servants of The General Authority for State Registration and State registration departments of the districts took the oath according to the Chairman of the GASR’s order No. B/64 “On taking the oath of public administration employees” which is dated January 10, 2023.
Mr. D. Delgersaikhan, the Chairman of the GASR, opened the swearing-in ceremony by saying, "First of all, I congratulate all of you who are becoming core civil servants on the historic day of the adoption of the new Constitution of Mongolia. The GASR is a marked organization with a unified system, and unified management, while registering from civil state registration to state registration of the legal entity. Meanwhile, today you are the owners of the very important word, Oath, as personally and as for the historical Mongolia. It is your priority to strictly observe the Constitution and other laws of Mongolia. And be faithful to your oath. This is because we are working in a citizen-centered organization. There is society because there are citizens. Therefore, I would like to remind you to work with professional ethics within the scope of your mandate and work to raise the culture of the organization. In the end, always remember that you are working for the citizens”.
The Heads of departments and divisions of the GASR and the State Registration departments of the Capital participated in the swearing-in ceremony of civil servants.
Mr. G. Tsolmon the Head of the Administration department of the GASR closed the swearing-in ceremony by saying, "Enhance the dignity of a core civil servant and raise the standards of ethics. Starting from today, you have become core public employees," and congratulated the employees of the state administration who took the oath.
