On May 11, 2023, S. Oyungerel Head of the Unified Archive department of the GASR, senior specialist T. Baigalmaa, and senior archivist N. Gantsetseg got acquainted with the activities of the "Narkhan" child nursing home of the Christina Noble Foundation and clarified whether the documents have not been received at all, the documents are inconsistent, and whether they are able to obtain state registration services.
Of the total 42 children in the care home, all children have relevant documents and a survey of 5 children who need re-certification or clarification of information has been issued. It includes:
1. Lost birth certificate and need to re-obtain – 2 children
2. Wants to find and get the information of the own birth mother – 2 children
3. Wants to change the surname of OLDOKH – 1 child
After checking the information of the above children in the State Registration Database, provided the information to the 2 children who wanted to re-obtain birth certificates without registration violations can be obtained by visiting any branch or unit of the State Registration Organization, 2 children who are looking for their birth mother were given relevant information about their mothers, and about the child who wanted to change his/her surname information was given about the possibility of changing while visiting the relevant district registration department since the child has reached the age of 16.
Therefore, the nursing center expressed its gratitude for the constant cooperation with the state registration department of Songino-Khairkhan district in the work of documenting undocumented children, correcting inconsistent information, and addressing.
