Minister of Justice and Home Affairs, Enkhbayar.B has visited the General Authority for State Registration

The relevant officials led by the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs Enkhbayar.B and the acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs Nyamgerel.L visited the General Authority for State Registration on Jan 29, 2024, and get acquanted with the activities of the state registration organization.

Delgersaikhan.D, the chairman of the GASR, presented and provided the detailed information about the electronic national ID card printing factory, national ordinary e-passport printing factory, room for servers, monitoring room of the cameras in the state registration service centers, self-service center, archival fond’s storage and protection environment and about the activities of the organization. Also, the information was provided about the specific activities being carried out in the state registration organization, such as the 24/7 self-service center, portable or movable service of state registration, and state registration services on public-private partnership.

/Get acquainted with the equipment model "PP6500" for printing national ID cards, which enabled the introduction of near field communication /NFC/ technology on ID cards/

/Introduced the portable or movable equipment of state registration service/

/Introduced the automatic machine for order a national ordinary e-passport/

/ Get acquainted with the historical archive exhibits of the State Registration Organization /

Minister of Justice and Home Affairs Enkhbayar.B expressed his appreciation for the policies and activities of the State Registration Organization, and the end of the visit the he also gave instructions on measures to be taken in the future, considerable matters, and pay attention to publicize the registration activities to the citizens.
