Within the frame of the project of “TA10201-MON: Strengthening public administration, digitalization and decentralization of public services for property rights and legal entities registration in Soums”, the regional training of the state registration employees was successfully organized on August 14th and 15th, 2024 in Dornod and on August 22th and 23th, 2024 in Bayan-Ulgii province.
With the support of the Asian Development Bank's technical assistance, work is being done to expand and develop the system and software of the state registration of property rights and state registration of legal entities, in order to fully introduce state registration services of property rights and legal entities in Soums, and to improve the quality and availability of public services.
As part of the preparatory work for the project, a total of 440 employees from the General Authority for State Registration, State Registration Departments of the Capital, provinces and districts are participated in the first Capacity building training for local registrars which was organized to fully involve the state registrars of Soums.
In accordance with the training program, the trainers gave lessons and clarifications to registrars about the concept of state registration of property rights and legal entities, relevant laws and regulations, maintaining registrations in the state registration e-system, digitalization of archives, and issues to be considered in issuing references.
