To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Bayanzurkh District and the 85th anniversary of the civil registration authority in Mongolia, the Bayanzurkh District Civil Registration Division is holding the "From Hand to Hand" open day event today, April 17, 2025.
As of now, a total of 233 citizens and legal entities have received civil registration services. Among them, more than 90 citizens who applied for their electronic ID cards had their IDs printed and handed to them on the same day.
Specifically, 86 registrations related to property rights, including pledge and contract registrations, were received, processed, and issued to citizens. Additionally, a total of 9 registrations were completed for legal entities, including 3 for name verification, 3 for new registrations, and 3 for changes to existing records. Relevant certificates and documents were handed over to the respective individuals and entities.
Moreover, individuals who had lost, damaged, or expired documents were exempted from fines and had their documents reissued. Discrepancies and errors in the integrated database were corrected based on citizens’ requests and applications.
During the event, attending citizens received consultation and information on civil registration, property rights registration, and legal entity registration. Informational brochures and materials were also distributed.
