The swearing-in ceremony of civil servants has been organized

On July 3, 2025, thirteen officials from the General Authority for State Registration, who passed the civil service qualification examination and met the requirements to hold a position in public administration, solemnly bowed before the State Emblem and officially took part in the swearing-in ceremony as permanent civil servants.

During the swearing-in ceremony, Mr. D. Davaanyam, Acting Chairman of the General Authority for State Registration, addressed the newly appointed civil servants, stating:

"Today marks the 30th anniversary of the central government agency responsible for managing civil service affairs in Mongolia. It is also a meaningful occasion, as this day has officially been celebrated as Civil Service Day since 2024. I am truly delighted that you are taking your oath as permanent civil servants on such a significant day.By swearing this oath, your legal status as civil servants is now officially recognized, and it is your duty to carry out your responsibilities with dignity and in strict accordance with the law. I encourage you to uphold the laws and regulations of Mongolia, promote justice in society, demonstrate ethical and professional leadership, and serve as role models in the public sector. I wish you great success in your service."
