A training program on orientation and professional mentoring for Senior Administrative Specialists was held

The General Authority for State Registration organized an orientation and mentoring training for newly appointed Senior Administrative Specialists of provincial and district State Registration Departments. Senior Administrative Specialists from State Registration Departments of 9 districts and 21 provinces participated in the training. Within the framework of the training, participants were provided with knowledge of the Civil Service Law and other relevant legislation, principles for working free from conflicts of interest were instilled, and practical skills were developed in preparing plans and reports, as well as in archival management and official records management.

Specifically, a presentation on the topic ‘Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health’ was delivered by Ms. Sh. Khongorzul, Senior Specialist of the Labor Inspection Division, Department of Labor Relations and Employment Policy, Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection. In addition, a presentation on ‘An Overview of the Law, Regulations, and Standards on Archival and Official Records Management’ was given by Dr. T. Saranchimeg, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration, Academy of Management.

In addition, participants completed practical exercises and took part in a training session organized by the Independent Authority Against Corruption.
