The Unified Meeting of Executives of the State Registration Authority was successfully organized

The Unified Meeting of Executives of the State Registration Authority was held on March 12–13, 2026. The meeting was attended by the leadership of the General Authority for State Registration, heads of the State Registration Departments from 21 provinces and 9 districts, as well as other official representatives. 

The meeting was opened by Mr. D. Davaanyam, Chairman of the General Authority for State Registration, who presented the organization’s 2025 operational report in video format. 

Additionally, Mr. N. Myagmar, State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, and Mr. G. Erdenebulgan, Head of the Department of Public Administration and Management, delivered opening remarks, shared their views on the performance and future objectives of the state registration organization, and extended their best wishes to the participants of the meeting.

On the first day of the meeting, presentations were delivered under the theme “Organizational Development and Future Trends.”

The first presentation was given by Dr. M. Tserenbat, member of the Ethics Committee, followed by presentations from researcher and Doctor of Law N. Altansukh; State Prize Laureate of Mongolia, Honored Scientist, Academician, Doctor of Legal Sciences (Sc.D), and Professor S. Narangerel; Mr. U. Ganbayar, CEO of “Info Sec Plus” LLC; Mr. Kh. Enkhmanlai, Head of the E-Governance Department of the “E-Mongolia” Academy; Mr. G. Ireedui, Advisor to the Speaker of Parliament on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Youth Policy; Mr. B. Manduul, Director of “Ondo” LLC; Dr. (Ph.D) and Associate Professor B. Uuganbayar of the Department of Mathematics at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology; Senior Officer and Senior Commissioner D. Tsend-Ayuush from the Prevention and Public Awareness Department of the Independent Authority Against Corruption; Dr. (Ph.D) and Associate Professor D. Erdenebayar, Director of the National Institute for Regional Development; and Mr. E. Baldansambuu, Senior Specialist of the Cyber Security Council Secretariat, all of whom delivered insightful presentations.

On the second day of the meeting, the executives of the General Authority for State Registration delivered presentations under the theme “Policy and Development Management.” They provided information on the organization’s internal operations and structure, strengthening the capacity of civil servants, as well as key initiatives to be implemented going forward and priority areas requiring attention, followed by an exchange of views.

The State Registration Authority has declared 2026 as the “Year of Enhancing Education and Productivity.” Within this framework, it is pursuing objectives to improve the knowledge and skills of its staff, enhance the quality and accessibility of registration services, ensure data reliability, and increase the efficiency of decision-making.

In line with these goals, the Authority has planned to gradually introduce artificial intelligence–based technologies into its registration operations.

More than 40 officials participated in the Unified Meeting of Executives. At the conclusion of the meeting, certificates were awarded, and the Chairman of the General Authority for State Registration delivered closing remarks and provided directions to the heads of departments.
