A meeting was organized with representatives of state-owned housing organizations to improve the accessibility and efficiency of registration services provided to citizens under the government’s housing policy and to strengthen inter-agency cooperation.
Representatives from the State Housing Corporation (TOCK), the Capital City Housing Corporation (NOCK), and Ulaanbaatar Housing LLC participated in the meeting and exchanged views on resolving certain issues that cause difficulties for citizens.
Specifically, the parties discussed reducing the requirement for unnecessary official letters and certificates, and focusing on protecting the rights and interests of citizens who are apartment buyers under redevelopment projects and tripartite agreements.
They also agreed to strengthen inter-agency coordination and maintain regular cooperation in resolving issues related to the registration of unfinished buildings and the recording of preliminary registration notes.
The meeting was attended by Senior Investment Specialist B. Munkhtsetseg and Rental and Sales Specialist Kh. Nyamsuren from the State Housing Corporation (TOCK); Senior Contract and Legal Specialist O. Chingesbold and Specialist Otgondelger from Ulaanbaatar Housing LLC; as well as D. Bolormaa, Director of the State Registration Office for Property Rights of the General Authority for State Registration, Senior State Registrar U. Unurlkham, and State Registrar B. Battungalag.
