As part of the enhancement of the E-Business 2.0 system, several major developments have been implemented to save time and reduce costs for individuals engaged in business activities, while advancing the full digitalization of government services.
Legal Entity Names Can Now Be Checked and Verified Using Artificial Intelligence.
An AI-powered name screening and verification system has been developed to more accurately identify duplicate and similar legal entity names.
This enhancement simplifies the name selection process and enables registration decisions to be made more efficiently and promptly.
The Establishment of Legal Entities Is Being Fully Digitalized
The General Authority for State Registration, in cooperation with the E-Mongolia Academy, has implemented development work to fully digitalize the registration services for newly established legal entities in line with international standards.
As part of this development, individuals can electronically submit the required documents authenticated with a digital signature, while state registrars can review and process applications entirely online.
Legal Entities Can Now Open Bank Accounts Online
Newly established legal entities can now open a bank account online while completing their state registration services.
This eliminates the need for individuals to visit a bank in person and reduces the time required to commence business operations.
