A training program was organized from June 22 to 30, 2026, for newly appointed officials of the General Authority for State Registration. The training aimed to provide guidance to new officials, foster an understanding of public service values, organizational culture, and professional ethics, and equip participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively perform their official duties.
On the first day of the training, participants were provided with information on the history and development of the organization, its structure and functions, records and document management in accordance with document management standards, service standards, the legal status and ethics of civil servants, professional communication, general rights and duties of civil servants, internal labor regulations, human resources policies, and internal organizational operations. In addition, specialized training sessions were conducted on the security of the organization’s digital information, cybersecurity, workplace safety, archives, and records and document management. On the second day, senior specialists delivered training sessions on civil registration, legal entity registration, and property rights registration; the functions of state registration oversight; and the legislation governing registration activities, including key issues requiring particular attention. Participants were also introduced to the arrangements for the practical training that would follow.
From June 24 to 26, participants undertook practical training at the State Registration Departments of the districts to which they had been assigned. They were introduced to the actual operations involved in providing civil registration, legal entity registration, and property rights registration services, enabling them to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. On June 29, a knowledge reinforcement session was conducted to consolidate the training content. Participants discussed the issues they encountered and the experiences they gained during the practical training, while receiving professional and methodological guidance and recommendations on the key areas of state registration.
On the final day of the training, June 30, 2026, the participating officials took theoretical and oral examinations. Upon successfully completing the examinations, they were awarded certificates confirming their successful completion of the training. The training for newly appointed officials provided an important opportunity to develop an understanding of the organization’s specific operations, state registration legislation, principles of public service, and standards of professional ethics. It also equipped participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide citizens with lawful, prompt, and high-quality public services.
