The updated “E-PROPERTY” system for state registration of property rights has been implemented.

The General Authority for State Registration (GASR) is introducing the updated “E-PROPERTY” system for the state registration of property rights, aimed at digitalizing registration services, enhancing the quality and accessibility of services for citizens, and making the registration process faster and more efficient.

The development and testing of the updated system commenced on July 6, 2026, at the Bayanzürkh District State Registration Office and was carried out in phases. The system was tested in the course of day-to-day registration operations and further improved based on feedback and recommendations received during the testing period.

Following the successful completion of the system testing and preparatory work, the updated “E-PROPERTY” system was officially launched in Bayanzürkh District on August 27, 2026.

The implementation of the updated system will enable property rights registration services to be delivered more promptly and accessibly, simplify and streamline registration procedures through digital solutions, improve the reliability of information, the quality and oversight of registration, and provide public services to citizens in a more convenient and modern technology-driven manner.

As an initial step, the updated system was piloted and introduced at the Bayanzürkh District State Registration Office, with its development, enhancement, and preparatory work successfully carried out in phases. The Office operated the system under real-world conditions and completed the necessary preparations for its nationwide rollout. Going forward, the updated system will be introduced in phases at other State Registration Offices in the capital city’s districts and in local areas across Mongolia.
