With the aim of providing citizens with timely, accessible, and reliable information on state registration services, the General Authority for State Registration (GASR) has introduced an artificial intelligence-powered “Smart Chatbot” service. https://chat.burtgel.gov.mn/
The “Smart Chatbot” is a digital assistant service designed to provide, in a timely and accessible manner, a wide range of information in one place, including legally accessible information related to the activities of the state registration authorities, the types of services provided to citizens, service fees, bank account details, and the workload of the nearest service branch. In addition, users can obtain legally accessible information related to the state registration of individuals, legal entities, and property through the chatbot.
When a citizen submits a question concerning state registration services in simple, everyday language, the chatbot processes the inquiry and provides the relevant information in a clear and comprehensible manner, based on verified and reliable information sources.
Furthermore, the “Smart Chatbot” is capable of providing information and responses in the six official languages of the United Nations.
