On April 30, 2020, online-training was organized in order to provide information to the state registrars in charge of state registration of legal entities.
J.Ayush, the head of State registration of legal entities department, provided information to the state registrars in charge of state registration of legal entities from 21 provinces. She provided information on the work done last year, the work to be done in the future, the issues facing the state registration of legal entities, and the registration of the beneficial owner of the legal entity.
She also said that many important tasks were planned to be done in 2020, and stressed that the registration of legal entities that are not included in the new registration will be completed this year.
During the training, state registrars in local branches submitted a number of questions on the registration of unregistered legal entities and beneficial owners, and which were answered by relevant specialists.
