Within implementation of the “Adjustments to the Ulaanbaatar City Urban Development Masterplan 2020 and Development Directions 2030”, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and European Investment Bank have launched Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program (the Investment Program).
Within the framework of the Investment Program, in order to ensure the balanced development in the city, the UB city was planned to be multi-centered city instead of single-centered city.
As part of the first phase of the Investment Program, the “Business Incubator and Vocational Training Center”, which provides 14,000 people from 3,600 households in the Bayankhoshuu subcenter with a healthy and safe environment with engineering and social infrastructure, is ready to serve its citizens and opened today (May 28, 2020).
In addition to organizing lectures, events, and trainings for entrepreneurs in the Business Incubator and Vocational Training Center, Bayankhoshuu, Capital Public Service Center, which provides 198 government services from one-stop, opened today.
With the opening of this center, residents will no longer have to travel to the city center, and will be able to access government services quickly from one place. Also, residents are able to receive all the services of the GASR, use the Gerege kiosk to pay the service fee without visiting the bank, and get a reference from the “TUTS” public service kiosk.
There were four Capital Public Service Centers in Dragon, Orgil, Dunjingarav and Misheel. But now Bayankhoshuu Public Service Center was added.
