Handover ceremony of technical equipment and protective equipment against Covid-19 to the GASR within the framework of the “Project of State Registration System Operation Support” implemented with the grant aid of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) took place on May 28, 2021. The ceremony was attended by D.Delgersaikhan, Chairman of GASR, B.Munkhbayar, Head of Legal division of the Administration department of the Ministry of Justice and Home affairs, So-Yang Kim, Deputy Country Director of KOICA Mongolia Office, B.Enkhsaruul, Project Manager of KOICA Mongolia Office and heads of divisions and departments of the GASR and other officials.
The 518 units of the State Registration Authority are equipped with computers, multifunction printers, fingerprint readers, cameras and other equipment to protect the public from Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of public servants. 518,361 items of 11 types of protective equipment against Covid-19 were handed over within the framework of the “Project of State Registration System Operation Support” implemented with the grant aid of “KOICA” international cooperation organization.
Speaking at the ceremony, D.Delgersaikhan, Chairman of the GASR, noted that the State Registration Authority has been successfully cooperating with the KOICA on a number of projects since 2011 and thanked the KOICA for its support and cooperation. As well as this, he emphasized that he would continue to cooperate in the future.
